    3. There are 3 type Promotion:

    1. RM 3 : for 1st 10 device (9780 – Bold 3)
    2. RM 33 : for next 50 units (9300 – curve)
    3. RM 333: for following 50 units (9300 – curve)
  3. How many units can one customer purchase?
    4. One customer is only eligible for one (1) unit of device.
  4. Is the promotion come with PAYU rate plan? Can the existing or new customer register other rate plan such as U38,U68 or etc?
    5. The promotion applies for PAYU or new or existing customer rate plan such as U38, U68 and others.
  5. This promotion is eligible for whom?
    6. The promotion is eligible for all Malaysian and 18 years old above. The promotion is offer for both new and existing subscriber.
  6. Is there any requirement in order to get this promotion?
    7. Subscriber is requires to sign a contract of 12 months with any voice plan and BlackBerry service (BIS). In additional, the subscriber is requires to pay an advance payment of RM 250, which will use to knock off with total bill in the following months.
  7. How is it work on advance payment of RM250? For a new customer sign up a new plan, eg U38?
    8. Subscriber is requires to pay an upfront of RM38 for the plan + RM250 + device price. The advance payment will be knock-off total bill on the following months.
  8. Where can I get this promotion?
    9. There is an event at Berjaya Time Square (boulevard) from 10am till 10pm. You may get the promotion from there.
  9. How much do I need to pay if I get the promotion device and decided to terminate the service right after 1 month?
    10. You are made know that if you terminate the service before contract completed or expired you are require to pay the contract penalty; penalty charges is based on total number of remaining days before contract completed.
  10. Is the promotion device come warranty?
    11. Yes, device is come with 18 month warranty period from Brightstar.
  11. What is BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS)?
    12. Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) allows you to use the following service on your BlackBerry device

    • Internet Browsing
    • Email Services (Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail )
    • Instant Messaging (Live Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, Google Talk, ICQ)
    • Social Networking (Facebook, Twitter)
    • BBM Messenger
    • BlackBerry App World

    * Internet tethering & Streaming services (e.g. Youtube) is not included in this plan. Data usage will be charged at 5 sen/MB
  12. How much does the service cost (BIS Plan)?
    13. Monthly service fee of RM40 is charge for the service usage.
  13. If I subscribe in mid of the month, how much do I need to pay?
    14. Your 1st month service fee will be pro-rated based on the number of days active within that month that you subscribe the service.
